Snickerdoodle Banana Bread

3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Combine mashed bananas, melted butter, vanilla, and egg in a bowl.
Add sugars, baking soda, salt, cream of tartar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
Fold in flour gently until just combined.
Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon-sugar topping.
Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
