Ingrédients

½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based or whey)

2 eggs (or 1 egg + 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt for softer texture)

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed for fiber

Optional: Sweetener to taste (stevia, monk fruit, or 1 tsp honey)

Instructions

Blend or whisk all ingredients until smooth and thick (like pancake batter).

Preheat waffle maker and lightly grease with olive oil spray.

Pour in batter and cook 3–4 minutes, until golden and firm.

Serve immediately or let cool and store for meal prep.
