Snickers Ice Cream Bars but Make It Healthy and High-protein

Instructions

Mix together 1 cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup maple syrup, and 2 tbsp peanut butter. Line a tray or plate with parchment paper and scoop the yogurt mixture onto it. Optional to place popsicle sticks in the center of each. Top with peanuts and freeze for at least 1 hour or until fully set. Melt choc chips and 1 tbsp coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each (or over the stovetop if preferred). Dip ice cream bars into melted chocolate and top with sea salt. Place back in the freezer for 10-15 mins or until chocolate fully hardens and enjoyyyy!
