1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups cooked white rice
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef pieces and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring often, until browned on all sides.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir well to coat the beef. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Spoon the sticky honey garlic beef over warm cooked rice and top with sliced green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy right away. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
