Stuffed Green Pepper Soup

1 pound ground beef
2 links of sweet Italian sausage
1 large, diced onion
1 clove of garlic pressed
2 cans of beef broth
48 ounces of stewed tomatoes
24 ounces of V8 juice
1/4 teaspoon of basil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper
4 cups wild rice
4 peppers cut into small squares
1 cup tomato soup
1 can of water
Instructions
Sauté the beef, sausage, and onion together and drain.
Add garlic, beef, broth, stewed, tomatoes, V-8 juice, and seasonings. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add in rice, peppers, tomato, soup, and water. Stir and then simmer for one hour.
