Ingrédients

250g Lotus Biscoff, finely crushed

100g unsalted butter , melted

1 tin (397g) condensed milk

150g milk chocolate chips

100g white chocolate chips

12 Lotus biscuits, broken

60g Biscoff spread, melted

Tin size: 8x10”

Instructions

Crush biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.

Pour the mix into a tin and press firmly.

Pour the condesed milk on top and then spread chocolates and biscoff pieces over it and press them down.

Bake 160C (fan) 30-35 mins or until the edges are golden brown

Let it cool fully in the tin then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Drizzle over melted biscoff spread and serve.
