Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Ingrédients

6 chicken thighs

Salt and pepper

2/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 inch ginger

1 tbsp corn starch (mixed with ¼ cup water)

1 red pepper, cut into squares

1 white onion, cut into squares

cooked jasmine rice for serving

Green onions

Sesame seeds

Sliced red chili

Instructions

In a bowl mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, corn starch.

Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt and pepper and place into sauce bowl. Let rest for 30 minutes, or overnight.

Place large pan over medium-high heat and remove chicken from sauce and sear with onions and red pepper.

After 4 minutes, pour remaining sauce into the pan and allow to bubble and reduce for 5 minutes. Add green onions into pan just before serving.

Serve chicken on bed of rice and garnish with sesame seeds, more green onions, and red chili.
