High Protein Yogurt Bread

Ingrédients

500g / 2 cups yogurt

300g / 3 cups oatmeal

50g / 3 Tbsp cranberries

50g / 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds

50g / 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp honey

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Stir using spoon or spatula.

Transfer to prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 45 minutes at 180ºC / 350°F

Enjoy! It's perfect for breakfast served with chickpea chocolate spread (for extra protein) or soft cheese and maple syrup 😋
