Protein Breakfast Biscuits

• 13/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt • 4 large Eggs, beaten • 21/2 cups All Purpose Flour • 1 tsp. EACH: Garlic Powder & Salt • 1 tbsp. Baking Powder • 1/4 cup Softened Butter • 11/2 cups Baby Spinach, chopped • 2 tosp. Fresh Chives, chopped • 1/4 cup fresh Basil Leaves, chopped • 11/2 cups Shredded
Cheddar, or freshly grated • 1lb. Ground Breakfast
Sausage, browned
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt, and baking powder. Add the softened butter and mix with your hands until crumb-like texture.
3. Add the yogurt and beaten eggs. Mix until almost all four is absorbed.
4. Add the chopped spinach, herbs, shredded cheddar, and browned sausage. Mix until well-combined.
5. Use a large ice cream scooper or spoon to drop 12 evenly portioned biscuit- like shapes onto the prepared pan.
6. Bake at 400F for 6 minutes, then reduce heat to ? for 15-20 minutes, unti deeply golden. Enjoy!
