Ingrédients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix in eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.

Add dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Scoop dough onto a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
