Brazilian Cheese Bread (pão De Queijo

Ingrédients

2 cups tapioca flour (260 g)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup whole milk

1/4 cup olive oil oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for flavor)

2 large eggs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin

In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth, like a pancake batter.

Pour into the muffin tin, filling each cup 3/4 full.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until puffed and golden on top.

Serve warm, they’re best straight out of the oven!
