Our Traditional Chinese Dumplings class (yes, including gluten-free!) runs every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month at Commune Kitchen. Make a big batch and freeze the extras—if you have any leftovers!

Can’t join us in Singapore? No worries—here’s our easy gluten-free dumpling dough recipe so you can make them at home:

115g fine rice flour

65g tapioca starch

174g boiling hot water

3 tbsp glutinous rice flour

2 tsp oil

Mix, knead, and you’re ready to roll!
