Ingrédients

2 egg yolks

1/4 red wine

Half the juice of a lemon

6 cloves garlic

2 Oz can anchovies

1.5 cups canola oil (not olive oil)

1 teaspoon grey Poupon

Instructions

Mix 2 yolks, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar in a bowl (use larger side of lemon)

Cut anchovies in a separate bowl until it’s in a paste

Use garlic press to add garlic cloves to anchovies

Slowly mix canola oil with anchovies (1 cup first- add up to half cup more if needed)

Pour in egg mixture

Add in half cup Parmesan (up to cup or so)

Crush Texas toast garlic butter croutons
