Apple Dip (Pamela Maynard)

1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 (7.5 oz) package almond brickle chips (I use Heath Bar pieces)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine cream cheese and brown sugar, mixing well; let stand 15 minutes.
Stir in almond brickle chips, sugar, and vanilla.
Cover and chill up to 8 hours.
Serve with apple and pear wedges.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups.
