Wild Rice and Chicken Casserole

Ingrédients

1 package of Minute Long Grain & Wild Rice

2 Tbsp butter

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup of milk

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/4 cup red wine

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

Prepare rice mix as directed on package. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Meanwhile, brown chicken in saucepan. Blend soup, milk, wine and cheese. Place browned chicken on rice. Pour mixture over chicken and rice in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

This is a quick and easy meal.
