Ingredients to serve 2:
Pittas (2- I used the @warburtonsuk soft pittas)
Chicken breast (250g)
Nandos peri peri sauce (I used a garlic one- 2tbsp)
Perinaise (30g)
Chili jam (30g)
Lighter halloumi (120g)
Lettuce (handful)
Peri peri seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt
Slice up the chicken into strips then add to a bowl along with the peri peri sauce, peri peri seasoning, paprika, garlic powder and onion salt, let it marinade for as long as possible but at least 10 mins!
Instructions
Add to a frying pan and cook until browned and cooked through Slice up the halloumi and add to the frying pan, cook for a few minutes on each side until golden
To the pitta add the lettuce, then the chicken & halloumi Top with the perinaise and chilli jam & thats it!
