Broccoli

Cauliflower

Carrot

Zucchini

White onion

Instructions

Cut onions into half circles.

Mix all other veggies in a bowl. Cut veggies in not too small pieces.

In a big pan, sauté onion for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add all veggies, and add salt, pepper and paprika.

Cook covered for 6 minutes, and then uncovered for 9 minutes. Add a tablespoon of ketchup and mix for a minute or 2 and take off the stove.
