Ingrédients

1 white onion

1 red pepper

Whole bunch Kale (wash, cut stalks, and only use actual leaves) - use 3 whole leaves

5 Eggs

Olive oil

Instructions

Add some oil to pan.

Cut onions and pepper into cubes. Cover pan.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and ketchup. Cook for 2 minutes. 3 drops ketchup. Mix everything.

Add kale. Cover pan. In 2-3 minutes.

Lower heat to low from medium. Make a patch in the pan and add eggs. Add some pepper and salt.
