This is the dinner recipe I can’t get enough of. Each serving of this honey lime chicken is 400 calories and packs 50g of protein. Best part is, you can meal prep it for days in advance.

This all starts with a marinade. Combine THESE ingredients and let your thighs sit in there for a couple hours.

2 tbsp avocado oil

3 tbsp tomato paste

4 cloves of garlic

2 tbsp honey

Zest and juice of 1 lime

Salt & pepper

Paprika

1 tbsp oregano

Then put them on a baking sheet and bake at 415°F for 35 minutes.

You can pair this with a simple green sauce and cilantro rice from a rice packet for an easy and complete meal.
