Cajun Chicken & Chorizo Pasta

Made this a few weeks back and it was absolutely insane so since I had another half of the chorizo left thought it would be rude not to have it again đ€© could quite possibly eat this every single day for breakfast, lunch & dinner đ€ used the @jdseasonings Cajun seasoning as always!
For 2 people
fry off your 2 diced chicken breast in 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning, 1tsp of garlic granules and 1 tsp of onion salt and then set aside
in the same pan fry your diced brown onion for around 10 mins or until softened then add 1 tsp of garlic paste and 1 tbsp of tomato puree and stir and allow to fry for 1/2 mins
then add in 200ml of chicken stock & 120ml of single cream and give it a really good stir and add in you seasoning which is 1tsp of cajun and 1 of smoked paprika and allow to simmer for a good 15 mins
boil your pasta and the last 5 mins fry off your chorizo and set aside until the pasta is cooked, then add your cooked chicken to the sauce for the last 5 mins
once the pasta is done add to your pan and stir to combine then add in your chorizo and serve đ
