I recommend to place a baking sheet underneath the pan to catch butter if it bubbles over

Ingredients:

430g All-Purpose Flour

65g (⅓ cup) Granulated White Sugar

12g (1 tablespoon) Baking Powder

10g (2 teaspoons) Fine Sea Salt

16 fluid oz (2 cups) Whole Buttermilk

230g (1 ½ cup) Fresh Blueberries

½ cup (1 stick/ 113g) Unsalted Butter, melted & cooled - This does not go in the recipe, it is melted in the pan and batter is added on top, then baked.

Lemon Glaze:

130g (1 cup approx.) Powder Confectioners Sugar

Lemon juice

Rind

In a large bowl, blend dry ingredients. Make a well. Add buttermilk
