1 medium onion
290g blended cottage cheese
180g nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup chicken bone broth
24g cornstarch
1 ½ tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp parsley
Generous salt & pepper
1 can 90 calorie reduced fat crescent roll
Instructions
Preheat oven 375F
Place all filling ingredients into baking dish and mix thoroughly
Bake for 30-40min until mix has thickened
Place low calorie crescent roll on top and bake at 375F until top is crispy and golden brown
