Barbecue chicken salad

Ingrédients

Vegetable oil, for bmshing 2 large chicken fillets 100g Heinz Barbecue Sauce 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped 3 tbsp fresh basil leaves, chopped 3 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped 60g black beans, rinsed and drained 50g sweetcorn, drained 50g Cheddar, grated 1 large tomato, chopped 1 ripe avocado, chopped 2 tbsp Heinz Gariic Sauce

Instructions

1 Heat the barbecue to a medium-high heat and lightly coat the grates with vegetable oil. Toss the chicken with four tablespoons of barbecue sauce and barbecue for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through. When cool enough to handle, slice the chicken into cubes.

2 Toss the lettuce with the basil, coriander, black beans and corn and divide among bowls.

3 Top with the Cheddar, tomato, avocado and cooked chicken. Drizzle lightly with the garlic sauce and extra barbecue sauce to serve.
