Crumbly Cheesecake

Ingrédients

DOUGH

2 sticks (200 g) of butter

2 egg yolks

2 tbsp sugar

2 cups flour (originally self-rising, ignore for gf)

FILLING

500 g Tnuva 9% quark cheese

3/4 cup sugar

1 packet vanilla sugar (1 or 2 tsp)

1 packet whipping cream (250 g carton)

2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F

Blend dough ingredients in a blender or by hand

Pack down 3/4 of the dough into the pan you’ll make the cake in. Put the rest in a smaller pan. Bake 20 mins until golden

To make the filling, mix cheese with sugar and vanilla sugar

Use electric whisk to beat whipping cream and sugar. Then fold that into the cheese mixture

Pour the filling over the baked base

Crumble the remaining baked dough on top

Fridge overnight to set
