2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil for brushing grill

1 pound ground chicken

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/3 cup mild salsa

1 avocado, peeled, seeded and chopped

1 green onion, finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped

freshly ground black pepper and pinch of sea salt
