Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Bars

Ingrédients

3 mashed bananas

2 cups ooatmeal

1/3 C. apple sauce

1/4 C. almond milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

Optional: chocolate chips, raisins, sunflower seeds, walnuts, sliced almonts, chia seed, hemp seeds, flax meal

Instructions

1. Blend all well. Add optional things after and hand mix.

2. Bake at 350 degrees on non-stick cookie sheet for 20 min or until golden brown. Watch it so bottoms don't get burnt.
