Ingrédients

1 cup frozen corn (a little more than a cup)

1 cup cottage cheese

150 g crumbled feta

100 g shredded mozzarella (less - or replace half with Syrian cheese)

1 cup corn flour

4 eggs

3 dill clusters, chopped (only the leaves)

Salt and pepper

If too dry, add milk or yogurt until a creamier consistency is reached (def do this)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 380 F

Line rectangular tray with baking paper

Stir ingredients together

Pour into tray, flatten, and top with shredded mozzarella

Bake about 30 mins until top is golden

Cut into portions and serve warm

Notes

Can freeze leftovers and warm up in microwave
