Rosemary Pork w/ Mushrooms And Couscous

Ingrédients

  • Country style pork ribs (.5lbs per serving)

  • 20oz Baby Bella or shiitake mushrooms

  • 2lbs Onions

  • Garlic

  • Rosemary

  • Half bottle or less of White wine

  • 2 boxes Near east roasted garlic and olive oil couscous

  • Optional? ~~ Chicken broth/stock

  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Sear pork on high heat then remove before cooked

  2. Prep couscous as directed on box with fresh Rosemary

  3. Add minced garlic, sliced onions and mushrooms to pan. Caramelize and deglaze with white wine. Finish with butter

  4. Add pork back in and finish cooking until at temp

Notes

Used shiitake with white wine once
