Peanut Butter Udon Noodles

Ingrédients

  • 60 g Peanut butter

  • 1 piece Broccoli

  • 200 g Edamame

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 300 g Udon

  • 45 ml Soy sauce

  • 10 g Tahini

  • 0.5 piece Lime

  • 30 g Crispy onions

  • 20 g Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli in small florets and add to a wok pan with olive oil.

  2. Add edamame to the pan until lightly toasted.

  3. Add in 1 cup of water and add the udon noodles.

  4. Create the sauce by adding the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice and tahini together, mix into the noodles after the water has evaporated.

  5. Top with crispy onions and sesame seeds.
