Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps them cook evenly.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for about 5–10 minutes.
Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil on both sides, then season generously with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place the steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F for:
8–9 minutes for medium-rare
10–12 minutes for medium
Flip halfway through cooking for even browning.)
Use a meat thermometer to check doneness:
130–135°F for medium-rare
140–145°F for medium
Remove steaks from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes. This keeps them juicy.
While the steak rests, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
Top the warm steak with a spoonful of garlic herb butter before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness.
Pair with steamed asparagus or air fryer Brussels sprouts for a complete meal.
Tips for Perfect Steak
Always let steak rest before slicing.
Thicker steaks may need 1–2 extra minutes.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
