Fish Mold

1 1/2 cup boiling water

6 oz lemon jello

1 knox gelatin powder

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup miracle whip

1 tin flaked tuna (drained)

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup shredded carrot

2 tbsp minced onion

Ohjeet

Mix together the boiling water, 6 oz lemon jello, gelatin powder, and lemon juice. Let partially set in the fridge.

When just getting thick, fold in 1/2 cup of miracle whip, tuna, celery, shredded carrot, and minced onion.

Grease fish mold with miracle whip. Pour mixture in, and let set in fridge over night. Put the fish mold into hot water to release.

Use olive for eye

Put triscuits around it

Lettuce under it
