They’ve been around for centuries and thanks to my cousin Santina and my sisters mil Cathy for sharing our family secret. These recipes are the same except my cousin makes them with ground almonds as seen in my video, Cathy makes them with almond flour as I shared another video a few wks ago using almond flour. There are so many versions of this one famous cookie and today I will show you one.👩🍳I have many more to share. They’re so easy and quick to make with just a few ingredients.👩🍳Secret ingredient here is….Almonds!
Note-I made half the recipe, approx 32-35 cookies depending on how big you make them. I forgot to show me adding the baking powder. Just add a pinch to the dry ingredients. (Optional)
