Today’s cocktail is an agave twist on a Boulevardier, imagined by Alicia Perry! Reposado tequila and mezcal replace the whiskey base, while Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro (I used Amaro Santoni) takes over for Campari, highlighting those bitter orange notes with a subtle smoky touch.

1 ½ Reposado tequila

½ Mezcal

½ Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro (I used Amaro Santoni)

½ Sweet vermouth

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled
