3 oz. Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur, plus more for whipped cream

3 oz. vodka (such as Grey Goose)

¼ cup sugar

2 Tbsp. instant espresso powder, plus more for serving

Whisk cream and a splash of Kahlúa in a medium bowl until soft peaks form.

Cover whipped cream; chill until ready to use.

Blend vodka, sugar, 3 oz. Kahlúa, 2 Tbsp. espresso powder, and 12 oz. (3 cups) ice in a blender until smooth and slushy.
