Cilantro-Mint Chutney

2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 cup packed fresh mint leaves
⅓ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup minced onion
1 tablespoon juice from 1 lime
1½ teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon table salt

Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, about 20 seconds, scraping down the sides of the workbowl as needed.
