This cocktail was part of a 2022 Emo Tiki pop-up at Polite Provisions (@politeprovisions; San Diego, CA). I found the specs via Nick Welsh’s Quizlet recipe cards (thanks to @fredericyarm for pointing me this way!). Named after the song by Dashboard Confessional, this tropical bitter drink will be restirred by me again!

THIS BITTER PILL 🍍

1½ oz. / 45 ml. pineapple rum

¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Amaro Montenegro

¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Campari

2 dashes orange bitters

dehydrated pineapple wheel to garnish

clear ice by @abstract_ice

Ohjeet

add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a clear BFC / garnish with pineapple wedge (fresh or dehydrated)
