Homemade Reese’s Peanut Butter Pumpkins:
1 cup organic peanut butter
2-3 Tbsp almond flour or coconut flour
2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup refined organic coconut oil + 1 tsp for melting chocolate
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice

Mix peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, coconut flour, vanilla extract until incorporated. If too wet you can add more flour.
Melt chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil
Add melted chocolate to squeeze bottle, add some melted chocolate to silicone mold, and freeze until the chocolate is set
Add the peanut butter filling on top of the hardened chocolate, and tap the molds on surface to help spread
Top with melted chocolate and freeze until the chocolate is set
I like to keep mine stored in freezer. You can also keep stored in refrigerator.
Note: If you don’t have pumpkin molds, you can form the pumpkins by hand, or make regular peanut butter cups using mini cupcake liners. And dip in melted chocolate.
