absolutely worth it🥗 another viral salad that you gotta try. Even the teenagers LOVED IT!

Super crunchy with all the flavors you would want in a great salad.

Personally I think Mini cucumbers legit rock this salad. Just extra crunchy!

Also the longer this sits the tastier it is.

Recipe:

Cucumber & peppers sliced length wise

For the marinade:

1 cube @kosher_taste frozen ginger

3 tbsp. Tamari sauce

2 tbsp. Liquid amino or soy sauce (less sodium)

2 tbsp. Maple syrup

1 tbsp. Toasted sesame oil

2 tsp. Rice wine vinegar

1 large clove garlic, grated

Lots of Everything Bagel Spice as garnish

Mix together all the ingredients for marinade together in a large bowl. Add the veggies toss and then garnish with lots of EB spice
