½ teaspoon of sesame oil

Red Pepper powder

won ton skins

1 egg

Shred vegetables

Brown ground meat with garlic

Mix vegetables, mean and spices

Working a little at a time, spread egg on the edges of the rice paper, fill rice paper and roll or fold

Bake or fry as desired
