Healthy Banana Blueberry Cheesecake

1 large ripe banana (120g), mashed
1 cup Greek yogurt (240g)
1 large egg
1/2 cup blueberries (80g)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (15ml, optional)
1 tbsp oat flour or cornstarch (10g, optional – for firmer texture)

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F).
In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt and egg. Mix until creamy.
Stir in maple syrup (if using).
Fold in blueberries gently.
Mix in oat flour or cornstarch if you want a firmer cheesecake texture.
Pour the mixture into a small lined or lightly greased baking dish (approx. 18–20 cm).
Bake for 30–35 minutes until the center is set but slightly soft.
Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing (important for clean cuts).
