Creamy Broccoli Beef Bowls

1 lb ground beef (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)
1 white onion, diced
1 cup shredded carrots (or 1–2 carrots, thinly sliced)
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cooked rice, for serving

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease if needed and remove from pan.
In the same pan, add diced onion and carrots. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add broccoli florets and cook another 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Return beef to the pan. Stir in milk, heavy cream, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 5–8 minutes until sauce thickens.
Reduce heat to low and stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve over warm rice.
