1 whole goose

2 packs of brown gravy mix

2 oranges

Spices like thyme

2 pack of egg noodles

Add goose to a roasting bag with 2 cups of water, 1 pack gravy mix, 2 orange slices inside and 2 outside. Shake, then tie up and poke a couple of vent holes.

Roast on 350 for 2 hours

Then roast on 300 for 5 hours

Pull goose and place in a crockpot with all the juices.

Add a second pack of gravy mix, a few cups of water, salt, pepper, and other spices. Maybe the second orange as well.

Heat through, thickening with corn starch as required.

Serve over egg noodles.
