High-protein Baked Oats

â cup oats đŸ (60g)
œ cup grated carrot đ„ (50g)
Ÿ cup Greek yogurt (0%) đŠ (200g)
2 medium eggs đ„đ„
1 tbsp agave syrup đŻ
œ tsp cinnamon âš
œ tsp baking powder đ„
2 tbsp sliced almonds đ° (for topping)
How to make it:
Ohjeet
Mix everything together.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
Serve with yogurt & fruit compote for extra moisture.
