High-protein Baked Oats

œ cup grated carrot đŸ„• (50g)

Ÿ cup Greek yogurt (0%) 🍩 (200g)

2 medium eggs đŸ„šđŸ„š

1 tbsp agave syrup 🍯

œ tsp cinnamon ✹

œ tsp baking powder đŸ„„

2 tbsp sliced almonds 🌰 (for topping)

How to make it:

Ohjeet

Mix everything together.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

Serve with yogurt & fruit compote for extra moisture.
