Lemon Pepper Thyme Rub

6 tbsp lemon pepper

2 tbsp thyme

2 tbsp paprika

2 tsp granulated garlic

1 tsp sugar

1 /2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp corriander

1/2 tsp cumin

1/8th tsp cayenne pepper

Mix together. Stir seasoning mix covered for 3-6 months

Apply generously to steak or burgers.

Marinade on the meat for 30 mins to 2 hours before grilling.
