Ingredients: Italian Greyhound; You’ll Need:; 1 ½ oz vodka or gin; 3/4 oz aperol; 1/2 oz simple syrup; 1 oz fresh squeezed grapefruit juice; Grapefruit soda to top; 2 slices of pink grapefruit; Sprig of thyme; Line your glass with grapefruit slices, add ice to secure, and set aside. In a shaker, combine spirit, aperol, simple, and grapefruit juice. Shake with ice for 8 seconds and strain into prepped glass. Top with grapefruit soda, stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
