Honey Lemon Garlic Chicken Bowls

This sauce is absolutely insane 😭 Sweet honey, fresh lemon, garlic, and buttery pan sauce coats every piece of chicken perfectly. Served over rice with greens, this is one of those meals you’ll keep making on repeat.
Ingredients — Chicken
2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp olive oil
Ingredients — Honey Lemon Garlic Sauce
3 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup honey
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon zest
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ tsp black pepper
Ingredients — For Serving
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup broccolini or steamed greens

Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Lightly dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium and melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top until glossy and fully coated.
Serve over jasmine rice with broccolini or your favorite greens. Spoon extra sauce over everything and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
