Dough #1

  • 4 cups flour

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tbsp sugar

Dough #2

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1 cup Crisco lard

Ohjeet

Mix and knead dough#1 and then divide into 4.

Combine dough #2 by hand.

Spread dough #1 with a rolling pin and then spread dough #2 on top.

Roll and put in fridge for 30 minutes.

Roll and cut into circles and fill with sweetened green mung beans (mungo).

Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
