Ralph's Salmon Marinade

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tsp honey

1 tbs soy sauce

3/4 tsp lemon zest

2 tsp fresh parsley (and more for garnish)

1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tsp garlic

Cut cod into 6 servings (this is assuming we have 1.75 lbs of cod)

Marinate cod - min 30min

Heat oven to 400

Bake 10-11 minutes in a dish lightly coated in cooking oil (canola)

Broil 3 to 4 minutes
