Chocolate Wafers

1 c flour

1/2 c + 1 T cocoa

1/2 t salt

3 oz butter at room temp

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c + 2 T white sugar

1 t vanilla

3 T milk

Sift flour, cocoa, and salt. Combine butter and sugars in mixer and cream until very

fluffy. Add the flour cocoa salt mixture in quarters, mixing, and scraping down the sides

of the bowl. Add the vanilla and milk until just combined.

Roll batter in 4 logs in parchment paper. Chill for 30 mins to 1 hr. Slice dough into

rounds and bake on parchment covered sheet pan in a 350 degree oven for 8 - 10 mins.
