A Spicy N‘duja Pasta

If you listen closely you can hear me nattering on to my bestie too 🤣 These were Nduja and Hot Honey sausages from @aldiuk and they were absolutely UNREAL and soooo good in a pasta! The sauce was so simple too but the flavours 🔥🔥

For two:

180g penne pasta

4 hot honey and ndjua sausages

1 tin chopped tomatoes

1 white onion diced

4 tsp lazy garlic / 4 garlic cloves minced

2 tsp oil

2 tsp tomato puree

2-3 tsp of garlic Italian herbs, oregano

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp basil

2 tsp chilli flakes (or however much spice you fancy!)

1 tbsp grated Parmesan

Small handful of fresh parsley
